How Do We Stop It?

Implementing Electrical Transportation Systems

Using electrical transportation systems benefits the earth (And you!) in many ways. One of these advantages are that electric vehicles, such as Teslas, significantly reduce carbon emissions. They are, well, electric. If you don't care about the environment, know that Teslas are very high-tech and modern. If you are a kid and do not have a driver's license, use a bike! That also does not require carbon emissions and is beneficial for your body. Also, if we can get trucks to transport things in shorter distances to get to where they need, they can emit less fossil fuels.

Reuse and Recycle

Another way to help the environment and stop global warming is to reuse plastic. You can make crafts for fun with empty plastic bottles. Also, you can simply buy a reusable shopping bag instead of a plastic one or use a thermoflask instead of a use-and-throw plastic bottle. You can also recycle. You should recycle plastic materials instead of throwing them away. If you throw them away, this plastic will be sent to a landfill instead of a recycling facility. (In a recycling facility, the plastic is reused into something else made of plastic.) It can take up to millions of years to decompose, and while it doesn't it pollutes the soil and can get swept into oceans and kill sea life. You don't want to harm those adorable baby turtles, do you?

Use Solar Panels

Using solar panels also stops carbon emissions. According to Energy.gov, "Using solar power instead of conventional forms of energy reduces the amount of carbon and other pollutants that are emitted into the environment. Reducing the amount of carbon in our atmosphere translates into less pollution and cleaner air and water." Energy.gov is a credible government-issued website.

Furthermore, it saves you money. Over the course of 20 years, you can save $15,000 by simply using SOLAR PANELS!

Spread The Word

Tell your friends, family, and other contacts about these different ways to, quite literally, save the world!

We hope you all learned about how bad global warming is and how you can prevent it.
