What Is Global Warming?
This year has been tough. There's been extreme temperature swings, COVID, and between 200 and 2,000 extinctions in animal species occur every year. There are many things going on in nature right now, but everything that happens comes from a cause. What is this cause of all these things? The answer is global warming.
Global warming is when the temperature rises(just a bit!) but will affect the lives of SO MANY living organisms. The temperature rises because of carbon dioxide rising into the air, which can come from trees being cut down, since trees hold in tons of carbon dioxide. When the temperature rises just a bit, ice will melt and break down, the seas will rise, many animals will lose some of their habitat, and there will be floods. Also, fish will die since the water temperature will also rise. This is a very negative effect, since it will affect humans just as much as these animals. So, how can we find the causes of global warming? Then, how will we find how to stop it so everyone--which is not just humans--is happy?
